Dr. Chibuzor Azubuike is an internationally recognized leadership communication scholar, educator, and nonprofit founder whose work sits at the intersection of research, storytelling, and real-world impact. She holds a PhD in Leadership Communication and a Master's degree in Transnational and Diaspora Studies.
Her doctoral research — Narratives of Resilience from Indigenous Women in North America and Africa — centers storytelling as both a method and a form of leadership. She has presented her work at conferences across four continents and published in peer-reviewed journals and international book chapters.
